1. General
These Terms and Conditions set out the terms on which wezapp.shop supplies products to you. Please read them carefully before placing any order. By ordering any product from wezapp.shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to place an order. Wezapp.shop reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.2. Product Information
Wezapp.shop has made every effort to ensure that photographs, dimensions and product descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in appearance or colour may occur due to the production process, lighting conditions, or the display settings of your device.
3. Product Warranty
Wezapp.shop aims to provide high-quality used products. However, no warranty can be provided for used items, including NOS (New Old Stock) products. Used items can be up to 40 years old and may contain hidden defects. We strongly recommend reading product descriptions carefully and reviewing all photos before placing an order.
4. Pricing
Wezapp is VAT-registered. Prices shown on wezapp.shop are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated, and exclude packaging and shipping costs.
For orders placed from non-EU countries, VAT is not charged, but the price displayed on the website remains the same.
You are solely responsible for complying with local tax regulations.
Wezapp.shop reserves the right to change prices or product information without prior notice.
5. Payment
To offer a variety of secure payment methods, wezapp.shop uses Stripe and PayPal.
Stripe meets the industry’s strictest security standards, and PayPal is a safe and efficient payment platform.
Both Stripe and PayPal are PCI-compliant. Your payment details are never shared with wezapp.shop.
6. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs charges (if applicable) are your responsibility.
As a small business, wezapp.shop aims to ship all orders within 1 week. Shipping may take longer depending on the size, weight, and complexity of packaging, or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, peak seasons such as Christmas).
If you have not received your order within 14 working days, please contact wezapp.shop via the contact form.
All delivery times are indicative and not binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Insurance of the shipped products is solely your responsibility and at your expense.
If you fail to meet your obligations, wezapp.shop is entitled to suspend deliveries until all obligations are fulfilled.
7. Confidentiality
All personal information you provide to wezapp.shop is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; these secure payment processors do not share your payment details with wezapp.shop.
8. Return Policy
All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact wezapp.shop via the contact form.
Wezapp.shop does not accept exchanges for used products.
Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was shipped.
To be eligible for a refund in such cases, you must contact wezapp.shop as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your order.
Returned products must be sent back within 14 working days, at your own expense. Products must be returned “as new”, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Please obtain proof of postage, as wezapp.shop cannot refund products lost or damaged during return shipping.
Upon receiving and reviewing the returned product, wezapp.shop will notify you of the refund decision. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
9. Consumer Rights (EU Buyers)
As a consumer, you may cancel your contract within 14 working days from the day after you receive your order.
To cancel a contract, you must notify wezapp.shop via the contact form and return the product(s) as soon as reasonably possible, in saleable condition, at your own cost.
You are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Failure to do so may result in a claim for compensation.
This provision does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
10. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss, theft, damage or destruction of the products passes to you upon delivery.
Legal ownership of the products transfers to you only once wezapp.shop has received full payment for the products, including delivery costs.
If a payment is refunded, ownership automatically reverts to wezapp.shop.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The content on wezapp.shop is for general information only and may change without notice. Wezapp.shop does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information or materials provided. You acknowledge that such information may contain errors, and wezapp.shop excludes liability for these inaccuracies.
Your use of any information or materials from the website is entirely at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that any product or service meets your specific requirements.
Wezapp.shop may include links to external websites for convenience. These links do not imply endorsement, and wezapp.shop is not responsible for the content of external sites.
Wezapp.shop is not liable for any direct or indirect damages occurring after delivery of the purchased products, regardless of the cause.
Wezapp.shop is also not liable for technical issues, errors or temporary unavailability of the website.
12. Applicable Law
All offers, contracts and agreements are governed by Dutch law.
